I haven't done an !HPR episode on it but my beard is far from fancy. It's a little thin but it does get long enough to use beard oil.

I was using stuff from a local company called "Kara's Apothecary" (https://www.facebook.com/karasapothecary) but my wife said it smelled terrible on me.

A friend of a friend has a local company that produces a line of various salves and oils and I use his year round beard oil. http://www.ozarkhealing.com/
